What countries can you ship to?
We are able to ship to most countries.Our website is set up to give you the price for shipping once you are at the checkout.If your country does not appear please get in touch for a quote.
Will you charge me VAT (Sales Tax) if I am outside the UK?
Customers outside of the UK do not have to pay VAT (Sales Tax). VAT is removed from the purchase once you are taken through the checkout process.Until you have gone through the checkout process our system cannot recognise where you reside by your post code/country.You will be charged the correct rate of VAT and Duty within your own country.
Do you accept returns?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
