Pricing & Specifications: All Prices are in UK Pounds (Sterling), and do not include VAT, freight and handling charges. Due to changing economic conditions and fluctuations in the £, prices, colours & specifications are subject to change without notice. Whenever possible, we will attempt to contact the buyer prior to shipping if an item has changed.

Exclusive Warranty & Limitation Of Remedies & Damages: Products distributed from Moto-Classic are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship at time of shipment to the extent of the manufacturer’s express warranties to Moto-Classic or for 30 days, whichever is greater Moto-Classic liability and Buyer’s remedies under this warranty shall at our option be limited solely to repair, replacement or credit. Buyer shall at Moto-Classic return any alleged defective product to Caswell Europe at Buyer’s expense. This warranty extends to original Buyer only. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE Moto-Classic SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LABOUR COSTS OR LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM Moto-Classic

Shipping Policy: Most products are shipped from stock PREPAID from England for locations within the UK. All other products are shipped PREPAID. Delays may occur when an item is shipped from the manufacturer and is back-ordered. We will advise when this occurs. We ship by UK Mail in the UK and in Europe. For most UK areas postage is Next Day, and mainland Europe is 2-5 days

Moto-Classic assumes no liability for a carriers inability to pick up an express order because of bad weather or any other condition. International orders are shipped by surface mail due to the type of products. When shipping by UK mail, we will insure the package for the replacement value, but we will NOT be able to replace the package until the Insurance settlement is processed (1-4 months).

Damaged Shipments: Shipping accidents do occur. If damage has occurred, please call us immediately with the invoice number and tracking number of the package. Please note the condition of the packaging and retain it in case the shipper requires an inspection. Although our responsibility for damage ceases when the carrier accepts the shipment, we will file a claim for you and, if necessary, ship an immediate replacement.

Technical Support: We offer free technical support for all our products. Should you have difficulty obtaining the desired results, you may contact us for help. A phone call is always the best way to obtain a fast answer to a question.  Emails are accepted.

Returning Goods: Before returning products you should attempt to remedy any problems by calling us to receive technical advice.

Were orders are placed and the customer no longer needs the products, a refund can be made after we inspect the returned item, once a refund has been determined as acceptable, the outbound and collection shipping costs will be deducted together with a 10% handling fee, and a refund payment will be made within 5 days.

Please do not return goods by post, we will get our shipping agent to collect, shipping of hazardous goods without declaring and packing correctly is criminal offence punishable by a prison sentence, and we cannot accept any responsibilty for this should a penalty be issued due to a sender ignoring this legislation.
